Message

Authorization header is malformed or the key prefix doesn’t match any active key. Check that you copied the key correctly.

Common cause

  • The key got truncated when you copy-pasted it.
  • You pasted a different service’s token by mistake.
  • The key has been revoked or deleted.

Fix

Re-copy the key from dashboard.1st.app/integrations/api-keys. If you can’t find the key there, it was revoked or never finished creation. Create a fresh one.
